Carrie Hardin was named assistant principal for Summit Technology Academy for the 2018-2019 school year. She previously was a library media specialist and an online learning coordinator for the Pleasant Hill School District. Mrs. Hardin brings a myriad of enterprise and educational experiences with her. She has worked as a sales manager, professional development trainer for an international company as well as previous experience as a teacher in Lee’s Summit School District. She is replacing Dr. Jeremy Bonnesen, who will serve as Summit Technology Academy’s principal next year, replacing Dr. Elaine Metcalf, who is retiring.
